Don't you just dislike when you are ready to rock the scene and you come across a technical issue? So do we. Here are some steps to take to fix the hiccup.
Ensure the microphone is connected securely to the machine. Give it an extra push.
Speak or sing into the top of the microphone, not the side of the microphone.
Microphone should not be more than 1 inch away from the singer’s mouth.
Ensure the master volume is set to ‘MAX’, and the microphone volume knob to a desired level (preferably past the midpoint).
Adjust the Echo Control to a position just past the midpoint.
Test your microphone in AUX Mode (No Music Playing).
Test your microphone in both microphone inputs.
Wiggle the cord under the microphone to hear if the voice cuts in and out.
If your microphone is still not cooperating with you after you’ve tried the above-mentioned steps, please call our customer service specialists at (866) 670 – 6888 Monday – Friday from 9 am – 7 pm Eastern Standard Time so that we may further assist you in getting back to rocking out.
