Returns for Refund
Products purchased directly from our website may be eligible for return within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unused and in new condition
- All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Products purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Manufacturer Warranty
Singing Machine products are covered by a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty, beginning on the date of purchase.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear
Replacement Availability
Replacement eligibility depends on the model, region, and inventory availability.
- Wi-Fi enabled models (newer series) may be eligible for direct replacement, subject to availability
- Older or legacy models are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- If the original model is no longer available, a comparable replacement may be offered where possible

Returns and warranty replacements are available for products purchased through our online store, subject to model support status and inventory availability.
Canada
Replacement support may be available on a limited basis depending on available inventory.
United Kingdom
Direct replacements are not currently available. Customers should contact their original retailer. Our support team may review alternative options where possible.
