Troubleshooting

Machine will not power on

  • Confirm the AC adapter is connected to DC IN and the wall outlet.
  • Try a different outlet.

Machine keeps turning off

This is likely the Screen Saver or Auto Power System (APS). Adjust these settings in Wi-Fi & Settings under Screensaver or Sleep.

No sound — general

  • Increase Music Volume.
  • If using Line-In, lower the volume on the connected device to about 1/3 to avoid distortion.
  • If using external speakers, confirm they are connected to Line Out and powered on.

Microphones not working

  • Confirm the microphone is fully plugged into Mic 1 or Mic 2.
  • Increase Mic Volume.
  • Make sure the mic's ON/OFF switch is set to ON.

Bluetooth will not connect or keeps disconnecting

  • On your phone or tablet, forget the device and re-pair.
  • If prompted for a PIN, enter 0000.
  • Press and hold the Bluetooth button to restart pairing mode.

App will not connect to the machine

  • Confirm the unit is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Restart the unit (press and hold Power to turn off, then turn on again).
  • If your network uses WPA3, try switching your router to WPA2.

Lyrics not showing on TV

  • Confirm the HDMI cable is firmly connected on both ends.
  • Confirm the TV is set to the correct HDMI input.

Free trial not appearing

  • Make sure you selected a plan that includes the 1-month free trial.
  • Sign out and sign back in, then check Account.

Unit will not record

  • No USB drive is inserted, or the drive is full — move recordings to your computer to free up space.
  • Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port on the unit before pressing Record.

Factory reset

If nothing works, try a factory reset before contacting support.

  1. Press and hold the HOME button to open the menu.
  2. Select Wi-Fi & Settings from the touch screen (or use the navigation buttons + PLAY/PAUSE/ENTER).
  3. In the Settings menu, select Backup & Reset.
  4. Confirm — the unit will restore factory settings and restart.
Note: A factory reset clears your Wi-Fi credentials, account info, and all settings. You will need to set everything up again afterwards.

Missing or broken parts

Your machine should have included two wired microphones and an AC adapter. If anything is missing or damaged:

Microphones

If a microphone is missing, contact our team with your original receipt. If you broke one, you can purchase a compatible wired microphone from our online store.

AC adapter

If the AC adapter is missing, you can use a compatible adapter you already own or purchase one from an electronics retailer. It must meet these requirements:

  • Output Voltage: 16.1V DC
  • Output Current (Amperage): 3.5A (or higher is also safe)
  • Polarity: Positive Center

Search for "16.1V 3.5A DC power adapter positive center" to find suitable options.
