Missing or broken parts
The box should include a wired microphone, AC adapter, and audio/video (RCA) cables. If any of these parts are missing or damaged, here is the best way to resolve the issue:
AC Adapter
We do not carry replacement AC adapters in stock for this model. If your adapter is missing or damaged, you can use a compatible adapter you already own or purchase a replacement from an electronics retailer.
If you choose to use a different adapter, make sure it meets the following requirements to avoid damaging your machine:
- Output: 6V DC (5.8V also works)
- Current: 1.5A or higher
- Input: 100–240V AC (standard wall outlet)
- Connector: Barrel tip, 5.5 mm × 2.5 mm
When searching online, a term like "6V power adapter 5.5mm 2.5mm" should help you find suitable options.
