Missing or broken parts
The box should include a main unit, cradle with mic holders, extendable mic stand, AC adapter, wired microphone, and manual. If any of these parts are missing or damaged, here is the best way to resolve the issue:
Microphone
If a microphone is missing, you can contact our team with the original receipt and we will be happy to sort this out with you.
If you broke a microphone, you can purchase a replacement from our online store:
AC adapter
If you need to replace the AC adapter, use one that matches the following specifications:
- Output voltage: DC 16.1V
- Output current: 3.5A (higher amperage is also safe)
- Polarity: Center pin positive
When searching online, try a phrase like "16.1V 3.5A power adapter center positive" to find compatible options. Always confirm the voltage and polarity before use — using the wrong adapter can damage the unit.
