  • Easy pairing — Quick wireless connection between your device and karaoke machine

Getting started:

  1. Open the Singing Machine Karaoke app on your phone or tablet.
  2. Turn on your karaoke machine.
  3. Connect your device to the karaoke machine (Bluetooth or casting setup, depending on what you are using).
  4. Choose a song in the app and start singing.

Subscription options:

Purchase an in-app subscription to unlock unlimited access to the full catalog. Certain plans include a 30-day free trial.

Connecting via Bluetooth

You can use Bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet to the karaoke machine for audio.

Pairing steps

  1. Turn on the karaoke machine.
  2. Put the unit in Bluetooth mode.
  3. On your phone or tablet, open Settings and select Bluetooth.
  4. Turn Bluetooth On.
  5. Select SINGING MACHINE from the list of available devices.
  6. If prompted for a PIN, enter 0000.

If Bluetooth connects but you cannot hear music

  • Turn up the volume on both the karaoke machine and your phone or tablet.
  • Make sure your music app is open and playing.
  • If your device asks, set the karaoke machine as the audio output device.

Troubleshooting

No power

  • Press the LIGHTS/ON/STANDBY button to turn the unit on.
  • If the unit is not responding due to interference, turn it off and restart it. Try using the unit in another part of the home.

No sound (general)

  • Turn up the music volume.
  • If you are using an external device, turn up the volume on that device.

No sound from the microphone

  • Replace the batteries in the wireless microphones.
  • Make sure the mic ON/OFF switch is set to ON.
  • Turn up the mic volume.

Bluetooth will not pair or connect

  • Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices to avoid accidental pairing.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet.
  • Put the unit back into pairing mode, then try again.

Bluetooth is connected but there is no music

  • Make sure your Bluetooth device supports Bluetooth audio (A2DP).
  • Turn up the volume on your phone or tablet.

Missing or broken parts

Your karaoke machine should have included two wireless microphones and an AC power adapter in the box. If any of these items are missing or broken, here is how you can resolve the issue.

Microphones

The original wireless microphones for this model are no longer in stock. However, a compatible wired microphone is available for purchase and will work perfectly with your machine.

AC Adaptor

If the AC adapter was missing from the box, you can use a compatible adapter that you already own or purchase a new one from an electronics retailer.

Important: If you choose to use a different power adapter, it is crucial that it meets the following technical requirements to avoid damaging your machine:

  • Output Voltage: 9V DC
  • Output Current (Amperage): 1A (or higher, e.g., 1.5A is also safe)
  • Polarity: Positive Center

When searching online, a term like "9V 1A DC power adapter positive center" should help find suitable options.
